You must be at least 18 years old to use Fitcounter. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Fitcounter operates on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store settings.
All payments are processed through the App Store, and any refund requests must comply with Apple’s refund policies. You can request a refund via your Apple account settings.
Fitcounter provides nutritional and fitness tracking tools but does not offer medical advice. You should consult a healthcare professional before making any dietary or fitness changes. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from the use of our Services.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with Apple’s privacy requirements, and we do not share health data with third parties without explicit user consent.
All content, trademarks, and features in Fitcounter are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our permission.
Fitcounter may integrate with Apple Health or other third-party services. We only access health data with your explicit consent and never share it externally unless necessary for an opted-in feature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitcounter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Fitcounter complies with all Apple App Store policies, including subscription management, data handling, and security standards. Users can manage their subscriptions directly through the App Store.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
